When in Iran last year I purchased an Irancell SIM card. When I return to Iran this year, am I able re-charge my card and therefore use the same number as before, or will I have to get a new card with a new number.

Answer:

If you have not used that SIM card for about 3 months it is supposed not to work again. But the easiest way is to check it while you are in Iran, if it doesn't work you can buy another one which is of course too cheap about few dollars.
