Air Asia's web site is showing a planned route KL - Teheran &VV however there is no information when they intend to start this service. I was just wondering if you have seen any more info that I may have missed.

It is for few years that Air Asia is not flying into Iran so if you are looking for cheaper airlines you can consider Iranian airlines if they also start flying between Iran and KL. There are few options such as Turkish airline and Qatar Airways for this route.
